We encourage you to ask questions especially about sizing on clothes and lengths on necklaces so that when your order arrives it is exactly as you expected. .We require everything in writing to prevent any misunderstandings on sizing, pricing, etc .You are welcome to call however it is hard to catch us by a phone, so please allow 24-48 hours for a return call.

In the case that you need to exchange an item, our return policy does apply.

RETURN Policy: All returns are for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be made within 7 days of product shipping out of door. Or invoice date for local pickups  Returns only accepted if original tags are in tact. Returns can take up to  7 days to process and a gift card will be provided for the credit return.    Seasonal and special orders are not returnable
